Sony's HD ready LCD screens
With the first HDTV broadcasts just around the corner, manufacturers are gearing up with new HD-ready flatscreen TVs just in time for Chrimbo. Of course, Sony is no exception with a whole raft of HDTVs launching under the BRAVIA banner. Three LCD TV series are being launched this month: the entry-level S range, the mid-range V series and the high end W series. All are HD ready except the smaller models (sub 26inch) in the S series. Other features that can be found across most of the range are integrated digital TV tuners for watching Freeview, picture-in-picture and PC inputs that allow you to use your TV as a PC monitor.
