I thought that when companies like Panasonic make these gigantic TVs it was merely showboating in front of the other companies – a business version of ‘see who’s bigger’. But apparently Panny is thinking about making these impractically large, 103” behemoths available to ordinary punters, just in time for Xmas. I can imagine it now… “Hi honey, just look what Santa brought you…”
It boasts full 1080p HD and 3000:1 contrast ratio. Funnily enough there’s no word on prices yet but I expect it’ll cost about as much as the small power station you’ll need to run it. Do we think these are going to show up in you local Dixons Curry.digital? Seems unlikely.
