We know high-def is great, and that kids are tech savvy these days, so I suppose it's not surprising that one Canadian broadcaster (High Fidelity HDTV Inc) is planning BabyHD.
Apparently, BabyHD would offer advertising-free HD programming targeted to under-3s, and provide programming for parents.
At least 50% of programmes would be in native HD format, rising to 100% after four years, though there's no launch date yet.
Do tots really need their programmes in HD?
