Lost gets around to giving Claire (Emilie de Ravin) some more screen time this week (March 18), including flashbacks of her as a teenager, when she seems to be a goth! The tricky Claire/Charlie relationship is also examined as Claire comes up with an idea for how everyone could be rescued, but Charlie begins behaving oddly. Perhaps he’s hiding another secret?
We are also promised an intriguing connection between Claire and Jack when, in her past, she crossed paths with Jack’s father, Christian Shephard (John Terry).
In the continuation of last week’s main storyline, Sayid, Locke, Kate, Rousseau (and the captured Mikhail) venture further across the island in search of Jack, though it appears that Locke and Sayid are not getting on too well. A “deadly obstacle” is also said to get in their way…
This episode is called Par Avion, while the next part focuses on Locke, whose back-story has always turned up a few surprises.
