If you're in the market for a cheap and cheerful way to upscale standard definition TV to 1080i, then the Goodmans GDB15HD digibox may be for you.
It claims to feature a high definition upscaler that will take its Freeview signals and upscale them to 1080i for your viewing, errr, pleasure.
As well as the all-important HDMI port, it features a 7 day EPG, 2 Scart sockets, and a remote control.
All this comes in for just £49.99, and at that price I'd be surprised if it does as good a job as the more expensive offerings from the likes of Sony and Denon. And when all's said and done, do you want to watch QVC in high definition?
