Apple has released a new version of its Apple TV hardware, this time with a beefed up 160GB hard drive.
Engadget speculates that this can only be a prelude to HD content being available on iTunes. Well, it's possible, though 160GB for a media device still isn't a huge amount, even for standard definition content, and despite the fact that the Apple TV is designed to stream content from other PCs in the home.
All this may be true, but in the UK, we're no closer to getting films from iTunes even in standard definition.
Anyway, how about a terabyte hard drive?
