BenQ has announced the launch of three new high-definition projectors with competitive price tags in the UK market.
The W500, W9000 and W10000 models offer a flexible range that accommodates all types of high-definition users to recreate a big screen experience from your front room.
The W500 (£699) is a 3LCD design with a 720p resolution that will play standard HD content as well as upscaling standard DVDs. It features Hollywood Quality Video (HQV) processing, iris-like lens design and advanced Multi-Dimensional Filtering technology to prevent ghosting.
The W9000 is BenQ’s first 1080p/24fps projector and one of the first Full HD models available for below £2499. Features include a DLP design using darkChip2 technology, 10-bit processing, motorised iris, low noise operation and ISF cailbration as standard.
The W10000 (£4499) is a professional quality model that can be used in the home. It features another 1080p design using DarkChip 3 chipset, which offers superior colour and contrast performance. There’s also a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, ISF calibration with optimised modes for day and night viewing.
