
Philips has released its BDP7100 Blu-ray player at IFA, offering the usual required features of second and third generation players, including full 1080p HD, 24fps film mode, Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD audio.
Not much else to say, for, although it's said to be available now, there's not a whisper of it on the Philips web site yet - the closest I got was the HQ7100 electric shaver, which isn't even in the same league.
