Samsung to use Korean film, D-War, for HDTV promotion
Samsung Electronics has signed a contract with Younggu Art Entertainment, producer of sci-fi fantasy, D-War, to use the film’s trailer and major scenes for its global HDTV promotion.
The film was made by South Korean director, Shim Hyung-rae, and has attracted more than 7.5 million viewers – with the 10 million mark expected to be reached soon. The film is scheduled to be screened in the States in September under the name, Dragon Wars.
