Vuze HD Internet portal experiences unprecedented growth
Online high-definition portal, Vuze, has proudly announced that it has reached six million users in only the first six months of availability.
The company is the world’s largest high-definition Internet video portal with millions of HD videos downloaded every month – and July saw downloads grow by over 100% compared to June.
Vuze also announced today that it would be making the first two complete series of The Office available for download and high-definition streaming. Other BBC programming includes Coupling, Little Britain, Fawlty Towers, Dr. Who and others.
As an open platform, Vuze encourages all content creators to publish their content at no cost. Content owners can also finance their videos, music and games through advertising, rental or electronic sell.

Are you saying that all these BBC series are being uscaled to HD for streaming? What's the point of that? I'd be very surprised if any of the shows listed here were shot in HD. If they had been, then some of it would have been shown on BBCHD by now.
