Sky's Anytime on PC service, launched at the end of March, is to be expanded with additional content and access.
New programming from Sky's Real Lives channel has been added, and video from Sky News is expected later this month. Selected video from other channels, including The History Channel, Crime & Investigation Network and National Geographic Channel, is also being licensed to the service.
Sky is also opening up the sports service to non-Sky customers. Where existing customers can continue to receive content free of charge, providing they have the appropriate subscription to a Sky TV service, non-Sky customers can pay a £5 monthly fee to access content.
It's probably a good time for Sky to expand and push this service, with other broadcasters and companies looking to make a play for the British living room in 2008.
