Toshiba Picture Frame XF Series LCD TV wins iF product design award
Toshiba's latest Picture Frame XF Series of LCD TV range has won an iF Product Design Award.
Selected by an independent jury of experts, each product under consideration waas marked against a number of criteria including workmanship, materials, innovation, environmental friendliness, functionality, ergonomics, visualisation of use, safety, brand value and universal design.
“This year the authentic products had a clear edge. Neither fusion, nor retro, nor imitations: only those who recognise the simplicity and straightforwardness of products can be successful in the long run and make an impact on the new modernity!” commented Fritz Frenkler, iFJury Chairperson.
The XF Series comes in 40 and 46-inch screen sizes, full 1080p display, 10-bit colour processing, and 23mm slim bezel.
