Samsung has announced that its latest standalone Blu-ray player, the BD-P1500, will be available from June.
It has the usual range of features you'd expect, including full 1080p output, 24fps film mode, upcoversion of standard definition content, HDMI 1.3, coaxial and optical digital audio outputs, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, and Dolby TrueHD, HDMI CEC, and BD Live ready.
Some features will only become available through subsequent firmware upgrades once the machine has launched.
