It's official: The Blu-ray launch of Iron Man in the US was a huge success, with the strongest first-week sales of any new release this year.
On the first day alone, over a quarter of a million discs were sold, and the title shot to the top spot on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert sales chart for the week ended 5th October, as well as debuting at number one on the Blu-ray Disc sales chart.
Hardly surprising that it caused a few problems for Paramount's web servers when customers tried to access the BD-Live features.
