Tonight's guests on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross (10.35pm, BBC HD) include Micky Rourke, Jason Manford and Will Young, along with music from The Cure.

Comedy

Not Going Out continues at 9.30pm on BBC HD, as Tim and Lee try to organise a surprise party for Lucy's 30th birthday. Their ideas of what makes a good bash differ wildly.

At 10pm on Channel 4 HD, Free Agents sees Helen posting Alex's details on a dating website.

Documentaries

It's the final part of Around the World in 80 Faiths tonight at 9pm on the BBC HD channel. The Reverend Peter Owen Jones unearths some enormous underground temples in Italy, visits a Buddhist republic and encounters Norwegian shamans. He also sheds light on the darker side of European religious history when he uncovers that his own church dealt in death, intolerance and persecution.

Pick of the films across the Sky network include Liar Liar (8pm, Sky Premiere HD), Superbad (8pm, Sky Comedy HD), Romancing the Stone (11.30pm, Sky Family HD), You Only Live Twice (8pm, Sky Modern Greats HD), Full Metal Jacket (7pm, Sky Action/Thriller HD), The Usual Suspects (10pm, Sky Drama HD), Fast Times at Ridgemont High(1am tomorrow, Sky Screen 1 HD) and X-Men (11.10pm, Sky Screen 2 HD).

Sport

There's live Super League action from 7.30pm on Sky Sports 2 HD as Hull Kingston Rovers take on Leeds Rhinos at Craven Park.

Alternatively, settle down for some Wrestling action from 5pm and 10pm on Sky Sports 3 HD.
