Documentaries

The third part of Nature's Great Events (9pm, BBC HD) looks at The Great Migration, tracing the bleak outlook for a pride of lions and their cubs in the Serengeti, when the trek to fresh pastures by wildebeest and zebras begins. With David Attenborough.

Drama

Desperate Housewives continues on Channel 4 HD at 10pm. Wisteria Lane intrigue resumes as police arrest Porter over the fire at the night club, and Bree discovers Andrew's boyfriend is a gay porn star.

Films

Channel 4 HD shows Hell and High Water at 1.30pm, a spy drama starring Richard Widmark. A scientist hires a submarine captain to lead a search for weaponry in the north Pacific.

Pick of the films across the Sky network include Walk Hard: the Dewey Cox Story (8pm, Sky Premiere HD), Live and Let Die (10.10pm, Sky Modern Greats HD), The Bourne Ultimatum (10pm, Sky Drama HD), The Godfather, Part II (midnight, Sky Drama HD) and Atonement (9pm, Sky Screen 2 HD).

Music

Spectacle: Elvis Costello with... Renée Fleming is at 12.05am tomorrow on Channel 4 HD.

Sport

There's Live Champions League Football between Real Madrid and Liverpool from 7.30pm on Sky Sports 2 HD.
