Those of you with real jobs who have to leave the house in the morning and not return 'til the evening may not be aware of some of the daytime TV available. Small mercy, for most of it, but the BBC's long-running Doctors seems to be an exception. Fairly light-hearted but still able to tackle a number of contentious issues, it seems to have a fairly loyal daytime following.
Well, recently it seems that the Doctors has had a high definition makeover. As of 16th February, it's now possible to watch it on the BBC HD channel at 6pm.
Given that this is a daytime show and that it still costs significantly more to shoot and work in HD, it shows that the BBC is serious about its drama, whatever audience it's mainly targeted at.

The last few episodes of Doctors has been utter rubbish, especially the Dr. Jimmi saga. Please end it as soon as possible and earn the accolades you have had recently.
Hey Janet, maybe you should do something else instead if you hate it so much. No one is forcing you to watch it. Get a life, read a book, go for a (long) walk, do the washing up...
